Missing or incomplete information may result in appointment cancellation.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to external factors (e.g., weather, traffic, lab delays).
Laboratory Errors & Recollection

At Home Blood Draws LLC is not responsible for laboratory testing errors.
We cannot provide test results, medical interpretation, or return specimens to patients.
No lab work is performed without a valid written order from a licensed provider.
If hemolysis occurs during collection by our staff, we will redraw at no cost.

Billing questions must be directed to your insurance provider or the laboratory’s billing department.
Payment for At Home Blood Draws LLC services is required before your appointment.
We do not bill insurance. You may submit your own claim, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Any outstanding balances with labs (e.g., Quest, LabCorp) must be paid before your appointment—labs may refuse specimens if balances exist.
